Welcome to The Employability Transformation Summit registration page. By accessing this page and submitting your participation request, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Registration

Submission of a registration request does not guarantee participation in the event.

The Employability Transformation Summit is an invite-only, curated leadership gathering, and participation is subject to review and confirmation by the organizing team.

byteXL reserves the right to approve, decline, or limit registrations at its discretion.

2. Event Eligibility

The summit is primarily designed for:

• Chairmen and Trustees
• Vice Chancellors
• Directors and Principals
• Deans and Academic Leaders
• Policymakers
• Industry Leaders and ecosystem stakeholders

Participation requests may be reviewed based on profile relevance and event capacity.

3. Event Changes

byteXL reserves the right to:

• Modify the agenda
• Change speakers or session formats
• Revise venue details or event schedules
• Postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances

Any significant updates will be communicated through registered contact details.

4. Photography, Videography & Media Usage

The event may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or documented for communication, marketing, media, and archival purposes.

By attending the event, participants grant byteXL permission to use photographs, audio, video recordings, or event footage in which they may appear for promotional or communication purposes without additional consent or compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event.

byteXL reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or negatively impacts the event experience.

6. Information Accuracy

Participants are requested to provide complete and accurate information during registration.

Submission of inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

byteXL shall not be held responsible for:

• Travel disruptions
• Personal loss or damage
• Delays caused by external circumstances
• Technical or operational interruptions beyond reasonable control

Participants are responsible for their own travel and logistics arrangements unless otherwise communicated.

8. Data Usage

Participant information submitted during registration will be handled in accordance with the Event Privacy Policy and may be used for event communication and future byteXL engagement initiatives.

9. Intellectual Property

All event materials, presentations, branding elements, content, and related assets are the intellectual property of byteXL or respective partners and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior permission.
